The AB will report annually to the General Assembly and at least once a year to the Management Support Team. Unfortunately, the TWIC-proposal did not pass the second stage of the ERA-NET call C-IPM. We feel searching for other funding is worthwhile taking into account both, the quality of the proposal and the good collaboration within the consortium. In addition, other funding might be better than the one available within C-IPM. So, we will continue to look for opportunities to implement TWIC. It is an appealing result of research based on the eco-metabolomics approach to crop protection.
The EUPLANTCROPP consortium met at the Life Sciences University of Prague. The meeting was very well organised by Pavel Klouček and his team. The set-up of each of the 10 work packages of the H2020-proposal was discussed in a session lead by the WP- leader. Each of the WP-leaders is working out her, or his, session in a WP-description now. The coordinator of EUPLANTCROPP, Peter Klinkhamer, and the project manager, Jos Frantzen, will, subsequently, write a first draft of the complete proposal using all the WP-descriptions. Read More
